Fixed some things

    did another pull request on GitHub: https://github.com/DianaKoenraadt/WP-CPCM/pull/2

    It was bugging me that when this plugin was enabled the WP menu editor page always asked Do you want to leave this site? - Changes you made may not be saved. even if you didn’t change anything yet. It was my mistake from the previous pull request to not set wpNavMenu.menusChanged to false after triggering changes on checkboxes.
