Fixed slider doesn’t open

Hello!

I have used WP Contact Sliders before and it has worked perfectly. Except for last time, in another website, in which for a couple weeks the form didn’t open when clicked. After a couple weeks it started working alone.

Now, I am developing another website in which the same thing is happening.
For the record, I have two floating buttons, but the left one is a link to a call, which doesn’t use the plugin.

Please, if you can help me as soon as possible, I would really appreciate it ??
