    Hi

My online shop is based in Dubai and I delivered only in Dubai. So how can I fix the city “Dubai” on the Checkout page?

    Regards

    Hi there ??

Could you elaborate more on the issue that you are having? Specifically, what do you would like to fix on the checkout page? The more information you can provide about your issue, the better.

Please consider taking screenshots too, they are often very helpful to us! I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Thanks in advance ??

In this screenshot you can see “Country/Region is fixed to “United Arab Emirates”

Now I want the city “Dubai” fixed like same it. Because I only shipped to Dubai city so customers can see the fixed city field with “Dubai” so they can’t type any other city name in the City field.

I hope you can understand how.

    Hi @faarukh

There isn’t a way to set shipping zones based on cities; your best option is to work with postcodes. You can add more than one postcode to each shipping zone.

A solution to ship your products only to a specific city would be using the https://woocommerce.com/products/shipping-locations-pro/ to create custom regions, and then limit your selling locations, shipping locations and shipping zones to that newly created region only.

    I hope that helps! ??
