I love WooCommerce and WordPress. I have made a lot of websites and quite a few stores with these.

I am having trouble making the shipping work correctly on this site. There are some heavy items which should ship via UPS and the shipping might cost more than $50. There are some light items that I would like to charge a fixed shipping cost of 12.95 + (1*[qty]).

What is happening is that all of the products have the option of the fixed shipping cost. Even the heavier items which should ship via UPS. When people see the fixed fee of $12.95 and the UPS fee of $75 of course they would choose the fixed fee.

I believe I have set it up correctly, however it is not working as expected. For the light weight items I have chosen the shipping class I set up for the light weight items and the heavy items are assigned the UPS class. However both classes show up for every product.

How can I make the fixed fee option display for only the light weight items?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Howdy,

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of your Flat Rate settings so we can take a closer look? Also, a screenshot of your Shipping Zones might be helpful. You can use https://snipboard.io/ to send screenshots here. You’ll just drag and drop the image into the window, and it will generate a URL to paste here.

    Thanks!
