Fixed Rate For Shipping Classes

Hi there

I am looking at adding a fixed rate amount for shipping classes into the distances I have specified. Ex. The minimum order amount is R800, it has free shipping for the first 10km but if it has a product from “Building Materials” I simply want to add R250 to the shipping fee, instead of adding it per km.
