• Hello there, I am using your Multi Currency for WooCommerce plugin and it is a great plugin but we require it to have fixed prices. We just use USD and CAD and we were using the default rate of exchange option, but my boss has decided he wants both currency options to be one clean solid number. He doesnt want the default solid even numbers and the Canadian currency to adjust higher to random numbers. For instance $2500 instead of $25,945.34.

I see there is an option in the settings to set both currencies to fixed prices, but when toggled it does not do anything, it doesnt change the layout. Can you give me help with this please?

  • Hi,

You can use the fixed price of the products instead of the converting price based on the exchange rate. Please enable this option https://prnt.sc/qvco4o, then go to the products in your admin and add the fixed price in USD and CAD.

    Best regards.

Hello Than, thank you for responding. I appreciate you. I see the toggle in the settings, and have toggled it on. The issue is it is not obvious where to set the fixed prices. I do into the products section and I look at each item and there is no extra fields to set CAD and USA seperately, this is where I am stuck

    Hi,

After enabling fixed price option, go to products in admin, edit a product then you can see the fixed price fields https://prnt.sc/qvvl8v

    Best regards.
