Fixed Price Setting ignored

    Hi there

    We’re currently experiencing the issue that the fixed price setting gets ignored. Here our Settings:

    Although for all Products (Simple / Variation Products) the fixed price is set.

    Somehow still the actual exchange rate gets taken. Few other notes that might help:
    – Our products are inserted with prices including tax
    – we have setup the taxes for all countries we’re selling to – these taxes are set correctly in woocommerce product settings
    – shipping doesnt cost anything – cant be an issue there

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I’ve test on my site and don’t encounter this issue. The fixed price are showing properly. The tax is not the reason in this case.

    To ensure, you can change the tax settings to “Exclusive of tax” and see if the exchange rate is overwritten by the fixed price. But I don’t think it’s the case.

    Have you tested for conflict? I would recommend running through the following troubleshooting steps if not: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

    Yes we tried a full Theme Conflict Test – wasnt the issue. We cant do a Plugin Compatibility Test right now but the we tried with the plugins that can interfer price (dynamic pricing) also with no luck.
