(my overall goal is to get the popup to snap to the bottom of the browser window even when scrolling – let me know if there’s a different way to do this)

@adam – Looks like a bug. Will get a patch out later today.

@adam – But you are correct that is the option you need. Not sure what caused the bug as it was working during initial v1.3 testing.

    Thanks!

Still appears to not be saving this option.

@jturet – In v1.3.6 (latest), it is more likely that you are using a responsive size. Since on of our top support issues is that fixed position is checked while responsive is on and they can’t see all of the popup as it doesn’t scroll. So by default now when you choose a responsive size it unchecks it. If you then check it again it will stay. If you then change the size to another responsive size then it will again uncheck. I am working on a better solution, possibly just disabling the fixed position on mobile screen sizes via CSS.

    Love to hear your thoughts.

    Hi,

Overall I like the plugin, but I’m experiencing the same thing. Ultimately every single time I hit Update on any popup, it never saves the fact that I unchecked Fixed Positioning. Plugin works great on desktop but what I would like to be able to do is on mobile the user should be able to scroll within the pop up itself. Because right now if I’m at the bottom of the page and I click on a button to open up a 95% x-large popup, it cuts off at the bottom and the user can’t scroll further down to see the rest of the content.

Definitely seems like a bug. Any ideas how to fix it?

    Thanks,
    Andrew

@andrew Cortesi – Fixed position in the latest version should be disabled automatically on smaller screens if the “Size” has been set to one of the predefined responsive sizes.

Currently our position:fixed; css is only applied to a popup with the .responsive class on large screens.

Let me know exactly what is incorrect so we can figure it out.

When I go into settings uncheck Fixed Positioning, then I hit Update, I go back, and it’s still checked.

@andrew Cortesi – This is a known bug that won’t exist in v1.4 (in development). The entire settings functionality has been rewritten which will mean that this problems won’t exist. Currently whatever you last saved will be the used option. Basically it just isn’t using your saved option when rendering the new form so it doesn’t recheck.

    Hope that helps.
