Fixed Pack Quantity & Price Woocommerce

I’ve searched for hours for a plugin for Woocommerce that can help me add a fixed pack price to my product page. There seem to be dozens of plugins that do mix and match, bundles etc but nothing for a fixed pack of 9 = ￡x
So you either buy 1, or pack of 9 or 18 etc.

I have found a competitor using Shopify here doing what I need:
You will see on Shopify that the PPES product has the option to buy in singles or set boxes of 9. The length changes the price. Micron, Seal and End cap do not.
Any ideas how to do this in Woocommerce. Any help is much appreciated!

This is an excellent question.
It looks like, based on your WooCommerce product link that you can make it so that a certain configuration is a pack of 1, 9, or 18 and so on. I think you are very close, what you might want to look at is using Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons. This will give you the ability to add logic to the selections. So if your customer selects a specific combo, that will mean it’s a 12 pack, vs a single pack, etc.
With the Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons extension, advanced product configuration forms can be built and linked to any product in WooCommerce. Forms that contain conditional logic, pricing fields, user input prices, conditional-pricing fields, conditional submit button logic can all be created for your products.
