Fixed Navigation bar problem

    I’ve made a childtheme of Twenty Thirteen and want to customize it.

    I want a fixed navigation bar at the top. My inspiration is:

    I’m not a pro and I want to save money making a website for my company:
    Poetic Peace Productions

    The first problem is when I scroll. When the text gets to the menu bar its above the navigation and I can’t click on the buttoms!

    How do I make the navigation above all?
