Fixed height (complete screenheight?)

    Hi:-) is it possible to set a fixed height, so that the scrollbar just appear, when the siteheight is reached? as an example, when i have a screenheight like 500px and on an other screen 600px, it just appear, when it heigher than the screen? I hope i have described it correctly for understanding ??
