    Hi Scot,

    Ok, first, set up the Padding Top and Bottom.
    Than, duplicate the folder “templates/” in the plugin in your theme renaming it “wp-fullpage/”
    Than, in this folder, modify “layout/header.php” and “layout/footer.php” to add you header and footer content.

    Let me know if you manage to do it.

    I’d love to see the result too..
