Fixed header on mobile?

    I am running my personal blog at coltondrg.com, and I noticed that when the blog is displayed on mobile, or on desktop in a very narrow browser window, the header no longer stays fixed. I looked in the CSS and can’t find what is causing this. I would like the header to stay fixed in the interest of providing an “app-like” experience, and I think it looks better that way. Any advice?
