Fixed Header and Fixed Footer Bug

    Hi Again,

    Great plugin. I found one more bug. See this table:

    Note how the column header “B/A” looks good in the header, but it is in the wrong place in the footer. Next, scroll down the page until you have gone far past the table. Then scroll back up to the table. Note that now the footer “B/A” has also moved to the wrong place.

    These bugs only happen when I have fixed header or fixed footer enabled.

    Also, in any case, I can’t figure out how to make the column “ADR Type” not so wide. I tried autowidth on and off. I also tried changing the column with in the Editor tab. But the column widths just stay the same.
