Fixed everything

  • Thank you very much, it now seems as all of my plugins are suddenly working again.
    However, it raises the question: Can I stay with WordPress anymore? It looks to me as you have divided WP into 2 groups, Gutenberg and Classic mode, with most (or only?) emphasis on the Gutenberg, which rules far too much.

    Hiya,

    This change actually has no relationship top the block editor development, this is a 3rd party library which WordPress bundles, and that (unfortunately) some plugins and themes have been misusing, which has prevented us from reliably updating the library. Unfortunately, that move has to happen, so this is the first step in that upgrade process. With the next release of WordPress, if things go as planned, this plugin unfortunately won’t help any more.

    This gives developers a few months to fix things, or for users to find alternatives. It’s not an ideal scenario, we understand that, but it’s one that’s been forced sorry to say.
