Fixed discount not working

Hi, I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I can’t get the fixed discount for cart total to work.
I have set the “Discount Type” to “Fixed discount for cart total amount”.
The “Discount Value” is set to “140”.
When I go to the cart the discount is showing as -$2.00. I want it to be $140.
What am I doing wrong?Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots, can you please choose a date (From Date) and check if it working fine. In the screenshots it shows invalid date.

We have fixed the invalid date issue (firefox) on our latest version, please update your plugin to the latest version.
