Fix utf8 characters/urls

  • I had troubles accessing utf-8(?) urls:

    URI-path (raw)  :  /tag/%E7%81%BD/
URI-path (clean):  /tag/\xe7\x81\xbd/

    So in the file includes/class-ss-url-fetcher.php I have changed the

    $relative_filename = $this->create_directories_for_static_page( $static_page );

    to

    $relative_filename = urldecode($this->create_directories_for_static_page( $static_page ));
