Group Map page not populating with users

    I paid for the premium package and am needing to use the group map feature. I have used the shortcode: [PM_USERS_MAP gid=”1″] and confirmed that my group ID is indeed ‘1’. I also added an ‘address’ field named ‘location’ in my group registration form. For an unknown reason no group members populate the map still.
    I have acquired a Google Map API that I know is working because it is working on the Modern Events Calendar Plugin I am using.
    Please help me fix this issue. Is it a bug or something I am doing wrong?
