Fix user submission form to allow for empty e-mail address

    Hello @dworkoipnet. I just fixed the following problem that you reported last year:

    “Link Library 7.2.4 — I have E-Mail field configured as “Show” on User Submission form but I get an error: “You have not given a correct e-mail address” if I leave the field blank. Seems like a bug, or am I missing something?”

    Since the issue was too old, I could not reply in that thread but wanted to let you know that it has been fixed.
