Fix to display the User subMenu correctly

  • Ouch! What a beginner PHP coding error on my part!

    I’m working on Version 3.0 right now. Because it is fairly minor, in terms of negative effects, I’ll include the fix in 3.0 instead of coming out with a “point release” (2.10.1) now.
