    JetPack is doing more harm than good nowadays. It’s a very heavy plugin, but it was a pain I had to put up with because the features I use on the Woocommerce app relied on it. But today it locked me out of the front end of my website, displaying an incorrect IP address and saying it’s been flagged as a security threat. I am not surprised because it wasn’t mine. I cannot whitelist an IP that doesn’t belong to me, so I had to delete it. I can already see a big improvement in website speed.

    Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread? I’d like to check your site’s configuration. Via our private email form, please share your site’s URL and the IP that was flagged.

    We’d like to look into why why Jetpack is slowing down your site.?That’s not an expected behavior and we’d be happy to investigate that further.
