Fix sticky post on dynamic slider

    I have a post slider and some posts are set as sticky but the slider ignores this option and just displays the latest 5 posts.

    How can I make it to pin the sticky posts to the slider ? I don’t want to display only sticky but have all latest posts with the sticky posts even if they are older.

    I am sorry, but we don’t have an option in the Generator Settings to move all of your sticky posts to the beginning of the stack, instead the posts are getting ordered based on your Order setting:

    As a workaround what you could do is the following:

    1. duplicate your Dynamic slide
    2. in the generator settings of the 1st dynamic slide, set the “Sticky” setting to “Sticky”
    3. and in the generator settings of the 2nd dynamic slide, set the “Sticky” setting to “Not sticky”

    This way, the 1st dynamic slide will generate slides from only the sticky posts and the 2nd dynamic slide from the non sticky ones, meaning that, the sticky posts will be displayed at the beginning of the slider.
