Fix Share Counts?? Canonical link??

  • I just set up ssl on a site, and used this plugin to help fix any straggler urls.

    The problem now is all the share counts for posts are gone.
    One person suggested that i change the canonical url to the non-ssl and that may be how the share buttons grab the url to show share numbers.

    Can this plugin work with a non-https canonical url??

    Please post a URL to your site so that I can look at it with the browser console open. I can’t diagnose the problem with what you’ve told me.
