    Hello everyone,

I just thought I would share my experience with the new update (4.9), as soon as I updated, I was unable to (update and/or preview changes) on pages, plugins, posts. it would just load a white blank page.

I fixed this by manually disabling wp-access-areas. I was unable to disable it form within the plugins menu, so had to do it manually in the File Manager in CP Panel.

I hope this helps anyone that uses this plugin, I have no use for it anymore therefor it wasn’t a hard fix for me, I just disabled and removed it !

There is a folder name “wp-access-areas” change the name to “wp-access-areas-DISABLE”

    /wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-access-areas

You must login via FTP or File Manager, you may also be able to turn this plugin from within the plugins page inside word press, however I that did not work for me either.

    Good Luck

You are correct, however it may be a different plugin that is causing this issue,
I would try disabling one plugin at a time and trying to preview the pages
