Fix mobile menu

Hi!
I have a mobile menu active but i dont know where or how to edit it. The menu is not clickable and also it is not positioned in the header since i have the header disabled completely. I would like to make it functional just on the mobile version. Any help is appreciated.
(you can see the menu icon at the top right corner if u minimize ur browser)
