• Hi!

On my other categories pages, there aren’t any problems. But for some reason the tag <h1> isn’t showing up the category/style/, category/style/page/2/, or category/style/page/3/. I went into my category.php file but can’t even find the line where to fix it. So, with that being said, I need help because The <h1> tag is missing from these categories pages.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Can you kindly name one such category?

I’m asking because I don’t see an H1 headline on ANY of the POST categories on your site.

This obviously depends on the theme. But as you’re using a commercial theme, we’re unable to grab the theme’s files and dig into this further for you. This is why commercial themes and plugins are not supported here.

I do note that you’re running version 2.2 of the Vivienne child theme with version 2.7 of the Genesis parent theme framework, whereas your theme’s demo site runs version 3.0.4 of the Vivienne child theme with version 3.3.3 of Genesis.

So I’ll recommend you first update both your Vivienne child theme and Genesis parent theme, as well as any plugins that may be out of date.

And if you still have issues with the H1 headlines displaying on category archive pages, you please get in touch with your theme’s vendor for help. As noted earlier, we WordPress support volunteers are not given access to commercial products, making it impossible for is to install your theme and provide any assistance.

    Good luck!
