Fix internal links

    Hey there,

    Recently I changed my blog host, and the internal links between my posts were replaced with an IP address (image below)
    https://ibb.co/hRNQgK
    The problem is, this happened to all internal links, and there are hundreds of them! It wouldn’t be possible to change them manually. Is there a way to edit all of them at once, back to our url?
