As many people have found, the plugin causes the page to scroll after opening an FAQ. You have already provide a quick fix to the plugin code to a customer (which I have used myself), but this has to be re-applied for every release of the plugin. Is there any reason why you don’t want to change this code? If not, when can we expect the plugin to be udpated to prevent this behaviour?

    Thanks.

  • Hi @urban70,

such issue does not always come up.it comes from confliction with plugin or theme.

    Thanks

That’s all fine and good @24harish, but if you include the small piece of code in your next version, you’ll have many more happy customers! It’s a simple fix, so I don’t understand why you seem reluctant to add the code? Is there a particular reason you don’t want to add the code to fix the issue?

    Thx! ??

    Hi @urban70,

We will add this code to our plugin in the next update.

    Thanks

    Hello again,

well the site is running your latest version (2.2.6) and the scroll-on-open problem is still there. Is there any reason you didn’t include the fix in the latest version?

    Thanks.
