Fix for the 2 instances

    To get rid of the 2nd instance of the plugin displaying in the Plugins list:

    Delete the plugin info from the top of rotating-ad.php file:

    /*
    Plugin Name: Rotating Ad Widget
    Plugin URI:
    Description: Rotates a group of ads using a widget
    Author: Josh Probst
    Version: 0.0.1
    Author URI:
    */
