Fix for : another url/link click

Hi, when i put plugin in my site, all another link/url cannot click ( a link not functions ). im try to inspect element and remove this code in hs-brand-logo-slider/inc/css/owl.carousel.css :

/* display none until init */
.owl-carousel{
display: none;
position: relative;
width: 100%;
-ms-touch-action: pan-y;
}

the position relative remove or change to initial.
