Fix email template

    Hi, I’m using this plugin for my vendor verification email. While it works very fine, I just need to align the email design template. This is my email customer (https://sulit.d.pr/i6Zbxb) Currently, this is what I receive for vendor using your template (https://sulit.d.pr/bvzcr8)

    How will I be able to make it the same? ANd what shortcode to use to call user’s name or username?

    Hi @mickieann,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    1. Email design – you need to set “Email template” option in “WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > Email” to “WooCommerce”. Unfortunately, this is Pro version option only.

    2. User’s name – not possible at the moment, but should be easy to add. Will add it in the next plugin version.

    Regarding user’s name – please update the plugin to the latest version 1.9.0 that we’ve just released. Now you can use these new placeholders in the “Email content” option:

    • %user_id%
    • %user_first_name%
    • %user_last_name%
    • %user_login%
    • %user_nicename%
    • %user_email%
    • %user_display_name%

    Please give it a try and let me know if it’s not working as expected, or if you need any more additional placeholders.

    P.S. As you’ve probably noticed, “Email content” can be customized in Pro version only.
