Fix background color main admin screen and internationalization

I made some enhancements for this nice and easy plugin. I added internationalization, pot and po and mo for UK to Dutch. Please let me know how I can send you those files and the revised lj-maintenance-mode.php. Do I have to use info before yoyr domainname?

I think the $indicator = array( should be added with:
'html' => '<style type="text/css">#wp-admin-bar-ljmm-indicator.Enabled { background: rgba(159, 0, 0, 1) }</style>',
This does the same as the style function that is loaded in the beginning. I’m relatively new to wordpress. So ther might be a way to call the same function for the html iyem in the array.
