Fix background

Go to the Erident Custom Login and Dashboard settings page and inside the Login Screen Background, change the Background Position to top center.

Thank you, although now the left and right side of the background appear cropped when looking at it on an ipad.

The width of the background is 2,000 px and yet the Ipad (1) is only 1,024px so this shouldn’t be happening.

I suspect the ipad is scaling the whole background image down (i.e. width and height) which is why the image is appearing cropped at the sides.

Would be great if you know how to stop this from happening.

Ok. So you are talking about the form shadow. Go to the Erident Custom Login and Dashboard Settings page and open the “Login Form Settings” and go all the way down and check “No” for Enable form shadow?

That will solve your problem.
