FitVids fine with YouTube iframe hardcoded not YouTube API

Hello, I’m having trouble getting FitVids to work when using the YouTube API to generate the iframe by swapping out a div with an id for an iframe. If I hardcode the iframe embed it works fine. Not sure what’s up, any ideas?
