Resizing Images, Featured Images and Media files

Hello,

I am trying to customize the sizing of images and featured images on my portfolio site. More specifically, I’d like my uploaded Resume to fit / span across the entire page instead of having a border and being limited a certain size. I cannot seem to find a way to customize the sizing of these images.

I am also having the same issue with being able to set Featured Images so they fit across the entire width of the page, without borders.
