    Hi I am using this plugin in my marketplace and is excelent the only thing I need is that I have create 2 notifications.
    1 Product new comment: This notification is sending email to the Produt post author (Seller)
    2 Product reply to comment this is sendind email to every repply to a comment (Seller or Buyer)
    The problem I have is that when the seller recieves a new question on a the reply of a comment is recieving the 2 notifications 1 and 2.
    I need a filter that exclude the seller of being notify in the Product reply to comment.

    Ex:
    Buyer: Do you have Stock?
    Seller: Yes I have Plenty
    Buyer: Do you send the producto to…..? Here the seller receives the 2 notifications.

    Is there any twitch that I can do?

    Hi @garias,
    Thanks for your message.

    Have you tried ticking the checkbox that says ‘Do not send this Notification to the User that triggered it’ for the New Comment notification? This should prevent the Buyer from receiving a new comment notification for their own comments.

    Hi yes I tried but when I saved it isnt taking it, I have the problem with the seller not the buyer.

    Hi @garias,
    Do you mean the option isn’t saving when checking that box or that it is saving but it isn’t having the effect on the emails that you’re expecting?

    I mean that when I select the option on the
    1 Product new comment: This notification is sending email to the Produt post author (Seller). I received this message: “You must choose at least one user or user profile to send the notice to in order to save it”

    In the second option: 2 Product reply to comment: this is sendind email to every repply to a comment (Seller or Buyer) I don`t have any option to choose.

    In the documation says that:
    Handy Feature
    Ticking the two checkboxes listed above on any New Comment, New Comment Awaiting Moderation or Comment Reply notifications, will prevent the post author from receiving notifications of their own comments and comment replies. They’ll still receive notifications of new comments from others though.

    The problem I have is that in the Comment Reply notifications I dont have this option when I refresh the screen I can see it for a glance and then I get:

    “This notice does not allow additional email fields due to a WordPress limitation.”

    Hi @garias,
    That sounds like it might be an issue with the documentation.

    Let me investigate to see if that notification can have those features now too. WordPress has changed the comments a little but previously, it was not possible to use extra fields on the Comment Reply notification (because of a limitation within WordPress).

    I’ll get back to you when I know more.
