Fit images within container

I am trying to find the right slider plugin for my purposes…

I have been trying to figure out if there is a setting available with your plugin that will allow the images to be different sizes but adjust them to fit within the container without cropping out part of the image.

Also, is there an option for fading from one slide to the next?
