    hi mailpoet,
    i have problem, when i sending newsletter to client, his firstname/lastname can not show in newsletter, the look is firstname/lastname user wordpress. Can you show me how to solved this probelm ?

    Is it happening to all your subscribers? Make sure they have filled their name and last name when subscribing.

    The correct shortcode is:

    [subscriber:firstname | subscriber:lastname | default:subscriber]

    Hi Mailpoet,

    yes sir, this happens in all my subscribers.
    Sure, iam check all my subscriber list, and their firstname & lastname is filled correctly.
    And i’m also checking the database, firstname & lastname also filled correctly too
    I have used your shortcode but still wrong

    Iam using mailpoet 3, in mailpoet 2 there is no such problem
