First/Last Name Fields

I am using the version 1.2.0 lite of the plugin (the lastest i suppose)
and even if in the video tutorials i can clearly see those fields they aren’t avaible in the settings…Why?I hope you’ll answer soon because except from this issue the plugin is great! wonderful work
