First visit to page long TTFB

    Hi, Have submitted a report to litespeed – report number: GTNBNDLW

    The first time I visit a page or product on my site after a purge etc, (using Chrome Incognito, Page Inspect) there’s a delay of approx 4 seconds on the first element to load (the html) it seems like it tries to load the entire page prior to displaying it. Subsequent visits to the same page are superfast. However, if I try to visit another page or product for the first time, the same wait time happens.

    Hi,

    this is normal when cache miss as after purge cache

    when cache misses , it relies on your worpdress to generate the page again , this process could take certain time , depends on your site

    after you have visited page for once, the cache will be generated and saved for next visitor , so it will be faster

    this is normal behavior , best thing you can do is to use the crawler to precache the pages
