First tooltip displays, the rest of them, do not.

I have a site I’m building on my local machine. It will display the first tooltip I have however the rest of the tooltips show them to be tooltips (dotted underline) but they do not pop up with the information like the first one does. Console shows a missing ) on line 382 of my site.
