First Time Use

  • The reason I am giving this plugin 1 star is because I was able to install it. Beyond installing it, there is no way to use this plugin as far as the instructions are concerned. The only instructions that best matches the next step after installation is this here: Add the Gosign – Masonry Post Block to the post or page where you want to show the masonry. Ok so how do I do this? Don’t get me wrong but programmers these days need to learn how to describe an installation process and usage process to regular people that depend on these instructions. “Add the Gosign post block to the post” is not enough information to get this working. I am willing to update my review once instructions are clearer.

  • It is not too hard to do. Use one of the pre-made layout templates (settings) or create a new template that you like. Then get the shortcode for the template layout and paste the short code into a new page or post. If you want the grid layout to be your home page then so to wp admin > dashboard > settings > reading > and choose the page that you created with the grid layout. You can also add that page to your main menu if you want… wp admin dashboard > appearance > menus
