First time out

Hi – I need lots of help. I am completely illiterate to this. I need someone with knowledge of wordpress to give me a step by step run through of what to do. I have it installed but that is as far as I have gone or know how to go. If someone could maybe add me to their msn and give me a step by step walkthrough on how to work wordpress i would be truly grateful. Thanks
