First time not working

  • The first time I submit the form on a phone, the form sends the info, then if you submit it again, it goes to the 2nd form. How can I solve this?

    That sounds like it might be a caching issue. Please exclude the pages that have the form from your cache.

    I excluded it from W3 Total Cache, but it keeps doing the same thing

    Hi, it looks like there’s a bunch of javascript errors on your site. Javascript errors like “jQuery is not defined” would likely cause this plugin to not work properly. You can diagnose the javascript errors by following this guide:

    Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors

    If you don’t know where to start, I would deactivate other plugins and use the default theme and slowly reactivate things until you see the errors again.
