is not the best looking theme but i’m just really happy i was able to get it to work

i used bootstrap and everything else is me, not sure what to ask, things to improve? probably most of it, at least is responsive ??

i’ll be working on it little by little, i still need to do a lot of testing on it.

  • Hey, nice work! It looks pretty good, you took bootstrap and incorporated WordPress from scratch? You’re well on your way to becoming a theme aficionado.

From my personal experience, one thing to make sure of is that you are thorough in getting all the standard WordPress hooks into your theme. That way if you integrate plugins there’s less of a chance of them not working because your theme is the problem due to a missing call.

    Great job!

    Hey Bitwit,

thanks a lot, i spent around 3 days on working on this (it doesn’t sound like much maybe, but it was almost non-stop :P). i was following a series of tutorials of which, this is the last one

    https://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/creating-a-wordpress-theme-from-static-html-releasing-your-theme–wp-34242

I didn’t want to follow it step by step so i used my own code, and the series has small errors which pushed me to research and read a lot

Now, after a short break, i’ll work on that last part which is getting the theme to WordPress standards and maybe if i’m really happy with it, release it ??

Any and all advises, tips or whatever are appresiated
