First theme

Hi all. I’ve made my first theme with the aim of making something pretty simple that’d work with my site. It is simple looking, you can see it in action at https://www.ocf.berkeley.edu/~carrett/blog The nice thing is if you’re looking to be valid XHTML, this baby won’t hold you back (strict, not transitional).
