First step data is not sended

  • Hello, we have a form with two steps and we are verifying that if someone fills out the first step and the second step does not fill it out immediately after, the data from the first step does not reach the email.

    any suggestion?

    Hi,

    I believe you emailed me about this one. If you can confirm the person didn’t close their browser or tab between submissions and what browser the person is using I can look into it. The data is supposed to stay in the user’s browser until they end their session. If they closed their window or tab the data will be lost.
