• I’m also having this issue on my site livingwaterspgh.org.
Have tried for the past month to solve the problem, but nothing so far has worked. Perhaps the plugin author has some advice?

Averta – author is usually good about answering questions on here, but this one has been asked a few times and still not addressed.
Does anyone have an idea of why this happens? How many others have the issue?
Anybody out there?

Hi all,

I know the post is out of date but I have the same problem when I use the preview It’s all ok but when I load the web page the first slide is blank
This is the client output:
<IMG title=”” style=”HEIGHT: 434px; WIDTH: 650px; ZOOM: 1; MARGIN-LEFT: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px; DISPLAY: inline” alt=”” src=”https://lablab.altervista.org/crocebianca/wp-content/plugins/master-slider/public/assets/css/blank.gif” onscrollin=”null” sonarElemTop=”1506″ sonarBodyHeight=”2880″ scrollin=”0″ data-lazy-loaded=”true” jQuery111308416850403101614=”11″>

I create slider with horizontal thumbnails
I also try a different browser whit chrome usually works fine but with explorer/edge or Firefox live the first slide blank.

If I try to reload many time also the other slide disappeared.
I check all the possible combination in the setting I don’t have any solution.
Please can someone help me?

Regards
Andrea

I found the solution by myself
the problem for me is the LAZY LOAD plugin

Hi Daniel,
You have JS error in Your page. Please Find that which plugin causes this error.
I suggest that deactivate all your plugins and activate one by one and test Master Slider to find the plugin that has conflict with Master Slider.

Hi averta_support,
I tried this—deactivated every plugin, and still the first slide will not show. I was able to isolate the JS error as well, which is caused by a line inside the theme’s JS navigation code, however even when I delete that line and the error gets fixed, Master Slider still will not show the first slide. It seems the JS error is not relevant. Any other ideas?

@averta Side note, is the account @averta_support one of yours?

If yes then please consider making that account a plugin contributor. If no, then I’ll be right back. ??

Hi,

Yes, it is. We will add it in next update of Master Slider. BTW, you can contact us directly instead of posting on irrelevant topics.

Really? Thank you for the advice for moderating these forums. I deliberately used this method to get the attention of both your accounts.

In the meanwhile please take care of that other account. It’s a concern to the moderators when non-plugin author or contributors post emails via GMail for users to contact them and it is unclear if they are legitimate or not.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask the moderators in the WordPress Slack channel.
