First setting is ignored

Hi,
I’m using your beautiful plugin, but it seems that the first setting is not saved or loaded correctly.

1. Open Settings -> 2D Tag Cloud
2. Type setting title “test”
3. Click “Save Setting” button
4. “test” tab is shown, but the setting title is blank.
5. Click “+New” button
6. Type setting title “test2”
7. Click “Save Setting” button
8. The second setting is shown correctly
