    Hi, thanks for contacting me.

Regarding your first question, this is a bug, these field names should load.
A workaround would be to simply uncheck that checkbox and manually make sure to specify the placeholders in the correct order. For our part, we will look into this problem

Regarding your second question, I understand that you would like that once an order is no longer in pending status, it can be removed from the sheet?
If so, it is not possible at this time. Sheet update is not supported. Perhaps in the future there will be such a solution.

As for the values given by the customer, the placeholder : order.meta can be used for this purpose, but this data must be written in the meta of the order.
In case they are somewhere else, then the easiest way would be to write your own placeholder to pull this data.

    Greetings,

Hi, I have not received a return response, also I assume that the problem has been solved :).
If there are any questions, please let me know.

I appreciate your answers. For the bug I hope it will be solved , actually the project is on hold so we are analysing different solutions. We will try your workaround suggestion for sure!
    Thanks a lot !!
